There is no right or wrong way to ‘do therapy’.
Here are a few Therapeutic Styles we may utilize in our sessions:
Art Therapy:

Brainspotting:
- A specialized therapy that helps individuals process trauma and other emotional issues by focusing on eye positions that correlate with distressing memories or emotions.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT):

Family/Marital Therapy:

Strengths-Based Therapy:

Trauma-Focused Therapy:
- Designed to help individuals overcome the psychological effects of trauma. It often includes techniques to process traumatic memories, reduce symptoms of PTSD, and improve coping skills.
